Anyone who is in Year 8 (First Year) or over, is very welcome to come and join us on a Sunday evening from 8pm to 9:30pm.
It’s so much more than what a “Youth Club”, or “Youth Fellowship”
makes you think of.
It’s about learning, praising, laughing, building, chilling and having fun!
The main thing in connect is the main thing – God.
We as leaders have a passion burning in us to teach, to build up, to be there- to be whatever the youth need us to be. We play games, we worship, we chat, we chill, we encourage, we have fun.
One thing that is on our hearts at the moment is the idea of empowering the youth.
By this we understand that these guys are going to be leaders one day, and why should we not help them prepare for this sooner rather than later? For this reason we want feedback from everyone, for ways to improve connect, topics to speak on and ways they like to learn.
We are currently heading up a team that will run future youth events,
so keep an eye out!
